Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Assimilate website and services.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Assimilate website and the training and assessment services made available through it (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for, accessing or using the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Service through your account are aware of, and comply with, these Terms.

3. Accounts and security

To access certain features you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Content and intellectual property

All content, courses, materials, trademarks and software forming part of the Service are owned by or licensed to Assimilate and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as expressly permitted in writing.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service by knowingly introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with the proper working of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

6. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Service, and may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Assimilate shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
